The location is great, just a short

easy strolls to main attractions and a cozy breakfast
the hotel was a great place for a weekend getaway, with just a 10-minute walk to the charming rynek glowny central square, where I loved exploring the local atmosphere, and the breakfast was truly one of the highlights, offering a lovely buffet that kept me energized for my city adventures.

Perfect base for exploring Kraków! 🇵🇱
Room was spacious and clean, with a lekker view facing the rear—got a good night’s rest, no trams keeping me up! Staff were friendly and really helped us out with local tips. The location? Just perfect for hitting up the old town in a jiff!
But, ja, the breakfast was always busy and a bit of a schlep to get food, especially if you want hot options.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
The noise from the tram outside was unbearable. I couldn’t get a single good night’s sleep during my stay. The cleaning in the bathroom was appalling. I found dried urine underneath the toilet, which went ignored for five nights.

Noise levels from trams impacted sleep quality!!! Inconsistent cleanliness across rooms suggests a need for improved housekeeping!!! Air conditioning issues may lead to discomfort during warmer months!!! Proper maintenance of amenities required!!!

Staying for 4 nights immersed in a charming atmosphere with historical elegance was quite special. The breakfast options included homemade muffins, adding a delightful touch. While the front-facing room offered a vivid street view, the incessant noise from the tram disrupted sleep. A quick room change to a quieter rear-facing accommodation greatly improved our experience, featuring a pleasant balcony. Despite some noise issues, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room were commendable.

I stayed in a Premium Twin Room for 6 nights. The room was spacious and clean with nice décor and a comfy bed. The views were great, especially from the rear, which kept the noise down. The bathroom was new and super clean, too. I loved the lighting—it was just right. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, so no issues there! a comfortable stay, but the tram noise could be annoying at night if you’re a light sleeper.

I had a lovely stay in a Deluxe Double Room. The breakfast was amazing with a large selection, including freshly baked pastries that fueled us for our daily adventures. The room was clean and included a small fridge, which was great for storing drinks. The hotel had a charming decor with remnants of its historic past, making it feel special. The location was perfect, just a short walk from both the train station and the old town.
The elevator door required manual opening, which was a bit frustrating.

The Polonia offered an excellent location right across from the old town and a short walk from the train station. Breakfast featured a wide array of items, including freshly baked pastries and local favorites. The staff provided attentive service, helping me with luggage upon arrival and allowing me to store bags after checkout, which was very convenient.
The bed was somewhat uncomfortable with just one pillow.
